¿ìߣÊÓƵ Academy Governors are working with Principals and staff to ensure pupils get the best from their time in our academies. Individuals who sit on local governing bodies (LGCs) are referred to as ‘local governors’. This is because trustees can delegate governance functions to the local level. Trustees have complete discretion over what is delegated to each LGC. Details of the constitution and membership of Strategic Governing Bodies are available on member Academy websites.
